How Leaders Succeed
Successful Leaders engage in hundreds of behaviors every day to be highly effective, but experience and examination of related research suggests that six components are absolutely essential as a LEADER: to Learn, Empower, Achieve, Direct, En-spire and Renew. After discovering each of these components, participants will learn and practice the FORGE and ACT tools for being direct, providing feedback, and accomplishing results through others.
Participants who attend the session will be able to:
Understand the three primary reasons that leaders fail in their roles
Recognize six foundational competencies in LEADER success
Learn to apply an assertiveness and delegation tool
