Practical Tools for Navigating Change

There's no getting around it, change is constant. While some people thrive on change, many find change challenging, scary, or exhausting.

In this one-hour session, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Discover how people psychologically process and transition through change.
  • Cultivate self-awareness of how you navigate change.
  • Learn a few practical tools to navigate change.

In her current position as Change Leadership Training Manager at Freeman Company, Lisa provides strategic and expertise around Change Leadership within the instructional design space. She develops and implements learning strategies that align with change methodologies for key projects that help drive adoption and engagement. Her professional passions include all things Change Leadership, mentoring, instructional design, program development/management, internal consulting, and project management. Lisa holds a Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration (MPNA) from Metro State University along with an Instructional Design for eLearning Certificate from the University of Minnesota.

When Lisa is not working or performing music, she loves to travel (anywhere!) or you can find her hiking trails, kayaking, volunteering, or binge-watching good shows (especially during those cold Minnesota winters!).
