Storytelling to engage and inspire

All of us have the potential to engage and inspire others. In fact, everything you do has a story behind it! In this session you will learn the basics of storytelling and how this powerful tool can be used to answer these important questions: “Would a story make a difference here? Would it engage or motivate my audience? Would it clarify complex information? Would it build relationships?" If you answer YES to any, or all of these questions, then join us to learn more!

About the Presenter:

Lisa Munson is a life-long learner and amateur opera singer-turned-Instructional Designer. Throughout her career, Lisa has used storytelling to influence and inspire audiences in the arts, non-profit, and healthcare industries. Lisa holds an undergraduate degree in vocal performance and a masters degree in non-profit management. As an engineer of human-centered learning and design, she partners with leaders and teams to create innovative and engaging learning solutions.
