About Kim Ellsworth
Kim has a long history working with employee development, engagement, and training. She worked as a staff educator at Essentia Health for several years before moving into a role as a volunteer supervisor. In that role, she contemplated motivation and what “compensation” and “work” really mean. Kim moved on to a new challenge with the Department of Corrections, where she oversees the training department in Moose Lake. Kim holds a BS degree in Communicating Arts and an MBA in Leadership and Change from The College of St. Scholastica.
