This workshop is designed for professionals seeking new approaches for enhancing performance. Coaching is a powerful leadership style that moves away from telling people what to do towards asking questions. This approach taps into people’s innate problem solving ability, motivation, and engagement. Coaching can be used with direct reports, peers, managers and family members. The benefits of coaching include: improved performance and productivity, commitment, professional development, enhanced relationships, self reliance, and accountability.

Speaker Bio
Pam Solberg-Tapper, is a results focused ICF Certified Coach who delivers executive coaching and leadership keynotes and training nationally. She has an eighteen-year track record of successfully helping leaders address the complex challenges they face.
With an MBA in Health Services Administration, years of senior level leadership experience, and as a successful business owner, Pam has a solid foundation to assist her clients attain maximum effectiveness. She also serves as faculty for Capella University MBA Program and Coaches Training Institute.
In her free time, Pam is an avid runner and one of the few women in the world who has run a marathon on all 7 continents, the North Pole and Mount Everest. She brings a sense of adventure, achievement and can-do attitude to support her clients in getting what they want in their business and personal lives.
