Julie Zaruba-Fountaine

It is said, "Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony." This presentation will guide participants through a work-life harmony hands-on workshop. Participants will learn why work-life harmony vs. balance is important, how to recognize signs of imbalance, develop time management tools and find ways to re-harmonize. The learning objectives will occur through participation in self-reflection, small group discussion, real-life examples, and large group lecture. After attending the presentation participants will walk away with a strategic plan which will enable them to reduce stress, work more effectively and delegate appropriately.

Upon completion of this presentation participants will be able:

  1. to measure elements of their work-life using a mapping tool
  2. to define and resolve work-life interference
  3. to create a unique work-life strategic plan to enable participants to achieve work-life harmony
