During this presentation, we will explore different facets of how social media can be used for better communications with customers, employees, and co-workers. Answers to questions “What are the different types of social media?” and “What are the shorthand uses of these media?” will be explored.

  1. Participants who attend the session will be able to: Discover each media and each set of its own rules and legal     responsibilities
  2. Learn how to look at social footprints to discern candidates’ qualifications and learn how to see potential social media value to disseminate information more effectively to the people who need it or to target the right group of people.

This joint program is sponsored by ASTD and NHRA and offered by Don Bremer, Technology Trainer and Owner of Donneray Consulting.
