Seek-Sense-Share - Sifting the Signal from the Noise

Karen Jeannette and Tony Jeannette

Are your strategic or training messages getting lost in the noise?  Some estimates indicate that we are presented with 5-6 times more information each day than we received back in the 80’s. How can you possibly make sense of it all? How do you sift through the noise? Do you actively listen?   Do you connect and collaborate with the right people to increase the effectiveness of your messages?

Join this interactive session to learn how you can personally use a Seek-Sense-Share framework.  Seek-Sense-Share was developed by consultant Harold Jarche. The framework is designed to help you find a better signal/noise ratio for your work and to help you create better messages and training materials. In this session, you will learn or better understand:

  • How to create a meaningful signal and remove the noise.
  • The importance of active listening in the creation process.
  • How collaboration enhances the quality of your message.
  • The importance of determining and incorporating meaningful value in what your share.
  • How creating a successful Seek-Sense-Share environment is part of a circular process.
