Secondly, our presentation lends insight from the perspective of employers: in what ways are companies successfully harnessing great talent through social media? How can employers begin to utilize some of these methods?

Dina is a Career Counselor at The College of St. Scholastica, specializing in internship development, employee engagement and campus recruiting. She has also taught courses in writing and business career planning.
Carrie can be found at a variety of local little league and college baseball games, running the lakewalk (often with Dina), and experiencing the sites and tastes of the North Shore.
